Femmoto Women’s Track Day Founder Announces New 2009 U.S. Women’s Road Racing Series Championship

CHECK THIS OUT LADIES: A WOMEN RACER COULD POTENTIALLY WALK AWAY WITH $5,000 IF SHE WON BOTH RACES.

Contingency will be paid on all races for the top 5 women even if they are combined with men in the event their are insufficient number of ladies register for an event to have a stand alone class. Final event will be at Barber Motorsports Park on October 3rd & 4th and the ladies will race among themselves irregardless of the number of entries.

Each female rider can earn the invitation to the Michelin US Motorcycle Championships at Barber Motorsports Park by racing on Michelin tires throughout the race season in 2009 at any club in the US and Canada.

Exception - Michelin is making the class a part of Femmoto, all ladies will be invited to run at the finals as long as they race on Michelin tires at the final event. Women can race all season long on the tire of their choosing but at the final event at Barber they must race on Michelin tires and identify their bikes with Michelin logos and patches on leathers required to earn contingency or championship bonus.
