Payments & Refunds (The fine print...)
Femmoto accepts Visa and MasterCard, Checks, Money Orders and Cash. We accept credit card payment via the internet on this web site. Note: If paying by check or money order, you must mail payment to Femmoto. Although submitting a mailed registration will put you on the list of riders on the day(s) you have selected, your registration is NOT guaranteed until we RECEIVE AND PROCESS your payment. If you are attempting to register for an event that is nearly sold out, mailing a check is probably not going to be a very safe bet. All returned checks will be charged $30 fee. If you have paid by credit card, there is a 15% processing fee deducted from your refund. If you choose a credit there is no processing fee. Credits are valid for a full year from date of issue and may be used as payment for future track dates or merchandise.
Refunds will be given only if a cancellation request is received 31 days in advance in writing (email, fax or letter). If you paid via credit card we will deduct a 15% processing fee from your refund amount. No cancellations accepted after September 1, 2008. Members may transfer/sell a track day to a member of the same skill group at any time. You can post your track day for sale on the Femmoto Forum Femmoto must be notified of the transfer via email no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
Femmoto is a "rain-or-shine event"

Track Rules (safe entering, exiting, safe riding)
1) Riders may only enter the course under the approval of the grid entry marshal or Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time staff.
2) Riders exiting the track into the pit area or paddocks may only re-enter the track under the approval of the grid entry marshal or Femmoto/STT staff.
3) Riders exiting the course into a runoff area may only re-enter the track with the approval of a corner worker or track marshal.
4) Any rider who crashes may not directly re-enter the track. That rider must wait for the crash vehicle to bring the bike back to the pit area. In addition, the rider must wait with the crashed bike and not attempt to cross the track or walk back to the pit area.
5) No rider may, at any time ride in such a manner as to endanger life or limb of other riders, officials, or guests. Such riding includes blatant violation of flag conditions as displayed by corner workers. Riders who act in such manner and are reported to track officials or Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time staff, will be ejected from the event, without exception or appeal.
6) Only the registered rider may ride on the track during ride sessions.
7) Any rider observed riding recklessly in the pit or paddock area may be ejected from the event. However, warnings will be given wherever possible for minor rule violations. Remember, we're here to have a good time, not police our riders every moment of every event.

Organizational Rules (Or how to get ejected from an event...)
1) Alcohol and other intoxicants are forbidden during on-track hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM) in any Sportbike Track Time event. Any such substance brought to a Sportbike Track Time event must be brought to the attention of Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time staff who will then make a ruling on appropriateness (i.e. prescription medication, etc)
2) Any rider found in possession of such substances at a Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time event will be immediately ejected, forfeit monies paid for track days and be barred from further attendance for 6 months. If the substance is a narcotic or other dangerous drug, the rider will be permanently barred from any future track events with Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time.
3) Any rider who creates a disruption to the point that it interferes with the regular operation of an event will be subject to ejection.
4) Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual. Any individual denied permission to attend a track event will receive a refund unless the denial is for one of the reasons specified in this policy statement.
5) Riders ejected from any Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time event forfeit any and all monies paid to Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time or its affiliates, associates, or sponsors.
Pet Policy - We want the venues that are pet friendly to stay pet friendly therefore Femmoto/STT will enforce the following rules:
1) Pets must be on a leash at all times (even after hours) when outside a vehicle.
2) You must clean up after your pet. If we step in your dog's poop expect to find our crap in your boots! Enough said.

Risk Awareness
This is the disclosure statement that you will be expected to sign prior to participating in one of our track events:
Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time, its associates, sponsors, and the local facility cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect of my safety and that participating in any motorcycle track events, I do so voluntarily on my own assessment of my ability, the course, conditions, and facilities, assuming all risk whatsoever. I hereby release and hold Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time, its associates and sponsors harmless for any injury or loss to my person or property, which may result. I understand that this is an inherently dangerous and life-risking activity and that I cannot hold Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time, its associates, sponsors, the local facility or person or any other person responsible for any injury or death resulting to myself or my property at any such events. Decisions made by Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time, associates, and sponsors will be final.
Crash Policy (It happens to the best of us...)
First, the simple answer...don't do it. But we all know it can happen. If you crash before lunch, you will sit out until after lunch. If you crash after lunch, you are finished for the day. Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time must re-tech a crashed bike prior to it's return to the racetrack. If you re-enter the track without re-teching your bike, you will be asked to load up your equipment and leave the facility. This is for the safety of everyone.
All riders who have a crash must be evaluated by the on-site paramedic staff. If they determine you should not proceed with the day, their decision is final. If the paramedic staff determines you may physically return to riding, Femmoto/Sportbike Track Time STILL must approve your return to riding based on criteria which includes the manner of your crash, as well as the condition of your gear. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. There is no appeal to this policy.
The bottom line...ride within your limits. If you don't know your limits, slow down.

Privacy Policy (No, we don't sell your information to the highest bidder...)
Here's the straight answer. We have been around the internet for a long time, and are sick and tired of having our information sold, given away to "third party" partners, getting "special offers", etc. As such, we are fanatical about security and the privacy of our customer's personal information, from using encrypted transmission methods in the payment areas to our commitment to keep your information safe and private. Period. Femmoto/STT will make offers available to members from time to time, this is the only time you will receive solicitations.
Rider Groups
Novice Group: Designed for street riders and first-time or nervous track riders. All riders in this group MUST attend the "New Riders Meeting" with an introduction to track safety rules prior to the first track session and attend all classroom sessions.. This group receives class room and on-track instruction, including critiquing of on-track skills. Instructors will accompany riders on all track sessions. Your instructor will supervise all passing. You should be learning how to enter and exit the track safely, and use of the flags and their meanings. Learn proper use of the throttle, braking, gear changes and selection as well as basic cornering techniques and body positioning. The pace is "comfortable". Everyone rides at his or her own pace with an emphasis on fun and learning.
Intermediate Group: This group is for people with enough track time that they are comfortable at an accelerated riding pace up to the beginning racer. Riders in this group will probably want to focus heavily on body position, setting up for turns, the racing line, and advanced throttle/braking control. Instructors will be available upon request whenever possible. Safe passing is permitted with at least 5 feet space cushion. The track tempo is intermediate to fast. Riders in this group MUST wear a back protector.
NO ADVANCE GROUP ON THE DEMO DAYS WHICH ARE SATURDAY 10/4 & SUNDAY 10/5
There will be an Advance group for the co-ed trackday on Friday 10/5 where you ride your own motorcycle.
